Perform on-site and remote technical work to install, maintain and troubleshoot computer, peripheral and network equipment. Respond to ticket requests by diagnosing, repairing and documenting issues in the centralized help desk.
Requirements:
Reliable transportation

Great customer service skills and the ability to work as a team
Some after hours work
Provide excellent service to our customers during field visits or over the phone
Diagnose errors and/or technical problems to determine the proper solutions
Basic Windows 10 and 11 troubleshooting
Basic MAC OS Knowledge
Ability to re-locate and install computers and peripherals as needed by the customers
Printer setup and troubleshooting
Basic networking troubleshooting knowledge
Office 365 Support knowledge
Documenting, tracking and monitoring incidents and problems to ensure timely resolution
Great Customer Service Skills
